Our guest speaker will show us easy but healthy changes that we can make to improve our overall health. These habits through practice lead to healthy weight loss and improved health. 

UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Bus. They will be here on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday from 1-4pm every month to serve our community. Below are some of the clinical services they will be offering. Some clinical offerings may vary week to week.

Our friends from the Florida Public Archeology Network bring "People and Pots" to the library! Students learn about the advent of pottery in Florida, and do hands-on experimentation using clay to explore pottery-making and decorating technology.
