Program Description

Event Details

Our friends from the Florida Public Archeology Network bring "People and Pots" to the library! Students learn about the advent of pottery in Florida, and do hands-on experimentation using clay to explore pottery-making and decorating technology. The lesson also teaches about how pottery can help archaeologists understand a site and its people.

No RSVP required. Seating is first-come, first-served until we reach capacity.

Make sure you have your summer reading log or pick one up at the circulation desk. Each program you attend counts as a day of reading.
