Into The Rhythm Presents: Rhythm Works: Drum, Groove, Unite, a free, hands-on rhythm workshop series designed to strengthen and uplift our community through rhythmic connection.

A chair-assisted yoga class is a gentle and inclusive form of yoga designed to support individuals who may have limited mobility, are recovering from injury, or simply prefer a more accessible way to stretch and strengthen their bodies.

Coloring club reinvented! Do you enjoy crocheting, knitting, embroidery, or other crafts? Bring your project or come to be inspired by other crafters!

Coloring supplies will be provided.

Join Master Mark Bongard as he teaches gentle stretching and fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong Breathing to promote wellbeing, relieve stress, and enhance balance.
