Perfect for kids 9 to 14, but all are welcome. 

This is an open makerspace, so come get creative!

Join us at the Main Library for Christmas in July! Come enjoy some holiday cheer while playing in artificial snow! The room will be decorated for Christmas, and we will be rocking out to some Christmas music while we play.

Practice a different art form as we travel to a new place each class...

Join us for a variety of fun crafts in the children's room at the Main Library! We'll have plenty for you and your little ones to do. All ages and creativity levels are welcome to pop-in and make messes with us.

Come join us for a fun crafting project where we will create a beaded plant sun catcher.  All materials are provided for up to 20 participants, courtesy of the Friends of the Southeast Branch Library.  

Join us after storytime for a simple craft to encourage your little ones to practice fine motor skills and explore their creativity!

Join SJCPLS and Parks & Rec for this fun outdoor art program for all ages! Each class will provide a unique opportunity to explore a new art medium or technique in our local parks and libraries.

Let your creativity take flight at the library as you paint an eclectic pink flamingo on a canvas banner. Guided step-by-step by Kasha, you’ll explore new techniques and develop your artistic skills in a relaxed, supportive setting.

Explore your creativity and join us for a full day of arts and crafts for all ages! Some of the events include bookmark and bracelet making, a popsicle stick tower competition, origami classes, and more!

Come on and get happy with your favorite group of Happy Hookers! This crochet group meets at the Bartram Trail Branch Library to crochet or knit blankets for cancer patients at area hospitals.

Join our three-part sewing series for beginning sewing enthusiasts in grades 7-12. Learn the basics, build skills, and create something amazing!

Drop-In and make your own custom wooden bookmark or bring your favorite book and customize its cover! All supplies (except for your personal book) are provided. Craft station will be located outside of the Children's Room inside the Main Library.
