Walk-In Tech Assistance With David Ross

Are you feeling frustrated by technology, such as how to use your laptop or your phone? Tech Volunteer David Ross is here to help! Walk on in for a group setting experience. Help is provided with a round-robin style going around the table. Bring your device fully charged and know your passwords. David will be set up in the Teen Pod.

David enjoyed a 30+-year career as a marketer in the pharmaceutical industry with Merck, Wyeth, and Pfizer in Pennsylvania. Post retirement, David worked for two years at Apple as a salesperson in two of their retail stores in Allentown and Willow Grove, PA. Since 2017, David has been a volunteer at numerous senior living/community centers in the Bucks County, PA area, and having recently relocated to Florida, he is excited to offer his services here in St. Johns County. David has a B.S. degree in Microbiology and Public Health from Michigan State University, and an MBA from the Purdue University Krannert Graduate School of Management. He is married and the father of twin boys, now 27, who were born in New Zealand during a work assignment in that country.
