Tai Chi Gung is a gentle, meditative practice that blends slow movements, deep breathing, and focused intention to enhance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It improves balance, flexibility, and strength, while reducing stress, enhancing mental clarity, and promoting emotional resilience. Rooted in ancient Chinese traditions, it helps balance the body's energy (qi), supports longevity, and fosters inner peace.
- Tai Chi Gung is held at the Ponte Vedra Beach Library every Wednesday at 11:00am from September 3 - December 10, 2025.
Classes are taught by certified instructors from the Circle of Chi Wellness Center. No RSVP required. Adults only.
