We look forward to you joining us for our Wellness Wednesdays that will also feature, Meditation, Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates, by a wonderful group of people dedicated to our health and wellness!
Join Master Mark Bongard as he teaches gentle stretching and fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong Breathing to promote wellbeing, relieve stress, and enhance balance. All are welcome, but class is geared toward seniors and those coming back to regular exercise.
Please wear comfortable clothing. Bare feet are preferrable, but socks may be used.
