Join Master Mark Bongard as he teaches gentle stretching and fundamentals of Tai Chi and Qigong Breathing.to promote wellbeing, relieve stress and enhance balance. All are welcome, but class is geared toward seniors and those coming back to regular exercise. Because of AARP tax help, we will meet in the lobby and hold class outside.
