 r and storyteller Katie Adams as she shares the heartwarming tale of Johnn
 y Appleseed. Using charming puppets crafted like old-fashioned toys, a bea
 utiful story quilt, and traditional music, Katie brings Johnny’s adventu
 res to life. Each quilt square reveals a new chapter in the story of the g
 entle wanderer who followed his dreams and showed kindness to all living t
 hings. Kids will also receive a take-home coloring page to remember the st
 ory!  Bring along your summer reading log or pick one up at the circulat
 ion desk. Each program you attend counts as a day of reading. Earn free bo
 oks by reading or attending library programs five days each week. No regis
 tration required, but space is limited. This program is generously sponsor
