Hatha yoga is great for beginners. A slower-pace and longer holds help reduce stress and anxiety, while helping us to feel in touch with our bodies. Everyone can enjoy yoga no matter what your physical size, shape, age, etc.

Get into the holiday spirit with our DIY Ornament Workshop! Crafters of all ages are invited to create one-of-a-kind ornaments using a variety of fun and festive materials.

Join Tony, a member of the Florida United Numismatists for Coin Collecting for Kids. There’s a story behind every coin. In this program, we will learn a little history, geography, math, science, vocabulary, and much more. All supplies provided.
