UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Bus.  They will be here every week on Tuesday from 1-4pm to serve our community.  Below are some of the clinical services they will be offering.  Some clinical offerings may vary week to week.

• Evaluation and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
• Women's Health Services
• Chronic Disease Management and Education
• Diagnostic and lab Testing {When available}
• Blood Pressure / Blood sugar {When available}
• Wound Care
• School Physicals
• Rapid HIV Testing {When available}
• Cancer Screening
• Medication refills
• Referrals for ongoing care or specialized care
