HELD OFF-SITE AT LIGHTHOUSE PARK - 446 Ocean Vista Avenue, St. Augustine, FL 32080. Parking at Lighthouse Pier or lot across from the park. Please do not park in the long spaces as those are reserved for boat trailers and you may get ticketed.
Please bring water, a towel, a mat, bug spray, and anything else that will make you comfortable.
Hatha yoga is great for beginners. A slower-pace and longer holds help reduce stress and anxiety, while helping us to feel in touch with our bodies. Everyone can enjoy yoga no matter what your physical size, shape, age, etc. It’s as easy as breathing. Carol can also adapt the moves for those that require a chair.
