Welcome to Wellness Wednesdays where we feature Meditation, Hatha Yoga, Tai Chi, and Pilates!
Pilates is a system of exercises developed over 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates that has numerous benefits: core strength, spinal stability, balance, and overall body awareness. By focusing on precise movements and breathing, practitioners can gain improved strength, flexibility, posture, mental clarity and mindfulness. Pilates exercises are gentle on the joints and can be easily modified to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and ages.
Classes will be taught by instructors from The Core Pilates Studio, right here in Seagrove Town Center. Attendees will need to bring their own yoga mat and water bottle. Grippy socks are highly recommended.
