Join a local artist for an evening of creating spooky art using acrylics while enjoying Halloween-themed mocktails! This event is for adults only.
- Limited seats are reserved for individuals who have never taken an art workshop at the PVB Library. First timers can call the reference desk at 904-827-6950 to register if the class is full.
