In this series, you will learn easy to follow recipes for therapeutic remedies. From teas and tinctures to salves and nourishing infusions, learn simple ways to use common ingredients for overall wellbeing and support for common complaints.

Classes in this series will be facilitated by Cyndi Gill, Certified Yoga teacher, and Community Herbalist
