Herbs and spices have been a cornerstone of kitchens, apothecaries, and sacred rituals for centuries, shaping the way we cook, heal, and connect with the world around us. In this series, you will learn easy to follow recipes for therapeutic remedies. From teas and tinctures to salves and nourishing infusions, learn simple ways to use common ingredients for overall wellbeing and support for common complaints.

Classes in this series will be facilitated by Cyndi Gill, Certified Yoga teacher, and Community Herbalist

March Class: Bitters!

Bitters are extracts made from infusing herbal and botanical bits into a chosen liquid, for use as an additive in cocktails or as a medicinal substance to promote appetite or digestion.
