UF Health St. Johns Mobile Outreach Bus. They will be here every week on Tuesday from 1-4pm to serve our community. Below are some of the clinical services they will be offering. Some clinical offerings may vary week to week.

- Evaluation and treatment for minor illnesses and injuries
- Women's Health Services
- Chronic Disease Management and Education
- Diagnostic and lab Testing {When available}
- Blood Pressure / Blood sugar {When available}
- Wound Care
- School Physicals
- Rapid HIV Testing {When available}
- Cancer Screening
- Medication refills
- Referrals for ongoing care or specialized care
