Guest Speakers: 

Sheriff Hardwick will provide valuable insights into how St. Johns County law enforcement handles elder fraud cases and works tirelessly to protect its citizens. 

SJSO Detective Fultz: Fultz has been in Law Enforcement over 30 years. He worked for SJSO in the 90’s then went to the   U. S. Secret Service for 20-years. After retirement and a 4-year stint as the fraud manager at a local financial institution he joined the SJSO for a second time. Detective Fultz is currently assigned as a financial crime’s detective.

Emily Hicks, a respected Estate Law Attorney, will be discussing the legal steps you can take to safeguard your loved ones from becoming victims of fraud. She will provide practical advice on how to legally protect assets and ensure peace of mind for both seniors and their families.
