MOBILE OUTREACH CLINIC by Wildflower Healthcare & UF Health St. Johns 

Receive FREE medical care if you are a St. Johns County resident, 18 years or older, uninsured or underinsured, and less than 200% of the federal income level.

2nd Tuesday of every month:  9 AM – 12 PM at the Hastings Branch Library

***Exception: 11/11/2025 (Veterans Day) rescheduled for the 3rd Tuesday: 11/18/2025

Appointments or walk-ins welcome – Look for the big blue bus located in the Harris Center Gymnasium Parking Lot!
