SJSO Detective Bobby Fultz has been in Law Enforcement over 30 years. He worked for SJSO in the 90’s then went to the U. S. Secret Service for 20-years. After retirement and a 4-year stint as the fraud manager at a local financial institution he joined the SJSO for a second time. Detective Fultz is currently assigned as a financial crime’s detective.
